Passport & Visa Requirements?
You must be in possession of a full passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the date of proposed departure.
Currency & Changing Money?
Restaurants, bars and shops in Greece accept Credit Cards.
It is worth while have some cash [Euros] for tip etc.
What should I bring?
The area is very casual, and generally the weather is very good
All you should need is shorts, t-shirts, trousers, shirts, costumes and a wind breaker.
Shoes or sneakers, sandals, suntan lotion, sunglasses. In winter a jacket, sweatshirt or sweaters are advisable.
You will also require personal items such as mosquito repellent, aspirin, decongestants, shampoo, toothpaste etc.
A warm water-proof jacket is also a good idea.

What medical precautions should I take?
Medical facilities in Greece are generally very good.
It is avisable to bring your EHIC or GHIC cards with you.
Travel insurance is also recommended .

What are the general climate conditions?
September to November : Warm, dry & sometimes windy in the afternoon, sea conditions are calm in the morning.
December to February : Very warm and can be humid. Sea is calm in the morning becoming choppy & windy later.
March to May : Warm and we generally have very little wind. Sea conditions are usually calm.
June to August : Generally warm & dry. Sea conditions are generally calm.
What do the breakfasts consist of?
Your stay includes a full breakfast starting with muesli, yoghurt & fruit-salad and a cooked breakfast which includes eggs, bacon, tomato and toast served with orange juice & tea or coffee.
Please advise if you have any special diet requirements before arriving.
Lunches & Dinners?
During your stay with us, you can enjoy lunch & dinner at the lodge as well as at some of the local restaurants.
Are tips required?
Tipping is optional, the normal amount is 10% at restaurants etc.
What is the situation with food & water?
Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration. There is no reason why you should become ill but often the change in food and environment can cause illness. A combination of too much sun and alcohol can also cause problems. Bottled water is available.
What time zone is Greece in?
Greece : GMT + 2 hours.
Greece is always 2-hours ahead of the UK.
How much spending money do I need?
The only spending money you will require will be for lunch, dinner, drinks, souvenirs & tips etc.
Most places accept credit cards & there are ATM machines available .
It is advisable to carry some cash as sometime credit cards can not be processed.
